- We provide fresh seafood products delivered to your doorstep.

2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed through our official website.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- Payment options: COD, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Pricing & Availability
- All prices listed on the website are inclusive of Taxes.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- If a product is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as Delivered and no refund will be processed.
- Delays due to natural calamities, traffic, or any unforeseen circumstances will not be compensated.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Seafood once delivered should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature below 2°C and consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness and quality.
- Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are not accepted.
- Refunds will only be provided for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products.
- Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos or videos).
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information will be used solely for order processing and delivery purposes.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or its content
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Harm or interfere with website security
8. Cancellation by Fish Lady
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Payment not received
- Incorrect delivery information
- Unavailability of stock
