Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or Spoiled
  • Incorrect Product Delivered
  • Quantity Mismatch

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with proof of the issue (photos or videos).

Refund Policy

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Missing Items

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after verification.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests made after 2 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • No refund or replacement will be provided for change of mind or taste preferences
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging (if applicable)
